We are a young couple with three girls and have recently bought this spacious modest two bedroom caravan on an outstanding pitch at Rockley Park.  We live in the local area (Hamworthy) and use the van to host family and friends when they visit. When the van is free, we offer it to private guests to help us cover the ground rent.
